“Shanghai Protocol” program

The stimulation is designed in such a way that two follicle punctures are performed in one cycle. In this case, the resulting eggs/embryos are frozen. And the transfer of embryos is carried out in the next cycle.

The program includes:

• two standard or minimal ovarian stimulation of a woman;
• Ultrasound monitoring of follicle growth;
• two transvaginal punctures of follicles under general anesthesia;
• the embryological stage is the cultivation of gametes.
